VH1 Greenlights Reality Series Starring Celebrity Stylist June Ambrose
Jemal Countess/Getty Images for IMGJune Ambrose VH1 has greenlighted a set featuring celebrity stylist June Ambrose that's set to premiere early the coming year. The tentatively entitled The June Ambrose Project, one half-hour docu-series, follows Ambrose and her team of assistants because they serve a mixture of up-and-coming and established celebrity clients, including stars and music artists, who wish to redesign their looks and brands. STORY: The 25 Most Effective Stylists in Hollywood Each episode will chronicle a picture transformation and overall rebranding as well as follow Ambrose as she juggles her family existence with business. Throughout her career, Ambrose has labored using the Dork Matthews Band, Sean Hair combs, Alicia Secrets, Kelly Ripa, Kim Cattrall, Jay-Z and Mary J. Blige, amongst others. The series marks a transfer to the field of fashion programming for that cable network. The June Ambrose Project comes from Ant Entertainment, founded by Michael Hirschorn, former mind of programming at VH1.
